Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between adda application and all of its users. By accessing or using the adda application website or mobile application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.

Key definitions used in these terms are provided below:

• "Platform" — All digital services provided by adda application, including the website and mobile app.
• "User" — Any individual who has registered on or is using the services of adda application.
• "Account" — the user's personal gaming account.
• "Balance" — the actual funds held in the account.
• "Bonus Balance" — Extra credits received through a promo or voucher.

To register on adda application, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Creating an account with false details is a direct violation of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

• Each individual is allowed a maximum of One Account You may not. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.
• The phone number and email address provided at registration must remain active.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility. Sharing your password with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

All services provided by adda application are exclusively 18 years of age or older for individuals. Registration by minors or use of a parent's account by a minor is strictly prohibited.

• Adda application may request a national ID or other government-issued identification for age verification at any time.
• Failure to submit verification documents may result in a temporary account suspension.
• Registration from prohibited or restricted regions is not permitted.

Adda application supports transactions through Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bank transfers are also accepted.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• The payment method used for withdrawal must match the name of the registered account holder. Withdrawals to a different name are not permitted.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• If any error occurs during a transaction, contact support immediately. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

• Generally, only one bonus applies per deposit, unless the offer's terms state otherwise.

• Voucher codes have a set expiry date and will no longer be valid once that date has passed.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses in a fraudulent manner may result in account suspension.
• Adda application reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer at any time.

All bets and games on adda application are governed by the following rules. Please read and understand them carefully:

• Minimum Bet: Starting from ৳10 for Sports Betting and ৳20 for casino games.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — please be especially careful when placing Live Bets.
• If any game or bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, adda application will review the situation and make a decision accordingly.
• Placing bets using multiple accounts or using any software or bot for automated betting is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts flagged for unusual betting patterns will be reviewed and may be temporarily suspended.
